Stretchy, form fitting and pullover. The hem is sheer mesh. 

Around armpits : 28 inches and stretches to 33 inches 

Waist : 24 inches and stretches to 29 inches 

Hips : 31 inches and stretches past 38 inches 

Length : 63 inches
